I am a professional Accountant and Human Resources manager, who has developed my skillset within various companies and corporations, starting my career within the accounting field but shifting and specializing more in human resources. Specifically in the areas of talent development, labor law, and HR management. My main objective is to develop my skills and increase the potential of company staff to achieve greater efficiency in compliance with the mission of the organization, through the consideration of cost / benefit analysis and workplace engaement.

Oversee the Employment/Recruitment/Contracting/Accoutning, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Employee/Client Relations; develop, recommend, implement and interpret human resource policies and procedures; and provide oversight and guidance to the Owner of the company and clients.
